1. About Lumi Learners
Lumi Learners is a family homeschool planning and learning workspace. It helps parents organize learners, lessons, materials, progress, activities, and educational resources.
2. Parent accounts
A parent or legal guardian must create and control the family account. Children do not register for public accounts. Parents are responsible for protecting passwords, private Focus links, and access to their family workspace.
3. Educational responsibility
Lumi Learners supports planning and learning, but it does not replace a parent’s judgment, a qualified educator, or official state guidance. Families remain responsible for curriculum choices, instruction, attendance, records, assessments, and compliance with applicable homeschool laws.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another family’s information, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the website, or use Lumi Learners to violate another person’s rights.
5. Materials and ownership
You retain ownership of materials and learner work you upload. You give Lumi Learners permission to store and process that content only as needed to operate the service. Lumi Learners’s original branding, interface, worksheets, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
6. Third-party resources
Links to libraries, activities, videos, government programs, and other resources are provided for convenience. Availability, eligibility, accuracy, and third-party terms may change. Review the official source before relying on an opportunity or requirement.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep family records available and protected, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Lumi Learners does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional educational advice and does not guarantee a particular academic result.
