Our commitment
Lumi Learners is built to be usable by parents and learners of all abilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Text is at least 16 pixels, including form fields and dialogs.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 pixels tall so they are easy to tap.
- Every control can be reached with a keyboard and shows a clear focus outline.
- Colors are chosen for readable contrast, and subject colors are always paired with a text label.
- Dialogs can be closed with a button or the Escape key and never lock page scrolling.
- Calendar moves that use drag and drop can also be done from a day’s Move button.
Known limitations
Files that families upload, such as scanned worksheets or PDFs from other publishers, may not be accessible. Some linked third-party websites and videos are outside our control.
